Spur of the moment (yesterday morning) decided to buy a bike. Found two at Mike Brunos Northshore Harley. Gaige was who contacted me and was on the ball with all of my questions. Decided on a bike yesterday by the evening and had all the particulars worked out. Went this morning to do the deal. The welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door was quite impressive. Met with Gaige and Theo who immediately took me to the bike and began the process. Each step was like clockwork for the entire team. The attention they draw to the customer during the process and at the final step shows the customer appreciation this Dealership has. My first Harley and the purchasing experience was unbelievable.
