Had a great experience with Herb & the service crew. I made an appointment over the phone for a 1st thing Saturday morning service to get my ride ready for a trip to Sturgis. I was the first in the door and Herb kept me informed throughout the visit so I was never wondering where the bike was and when it was going to be done.
