Overall I had a great experience! Mr Rick was very professional, hospitable, and patient with me. He took the time to guide me through each and every bike, as I simply could not choose because I liked all the bikes lol.. also, not only did Mr Rick and Kyle and Ryann take the time out of their busy day to show me everything on the lowrider I bought, and how it works, but they also took the time to sit me on the bike and let me get comfortable again, as it had been 15 years since I rode my last motorcycle. Needless to say, with the assistance of Mr Rick and Kyle and also the finance manager whom I can't remember his name and I apologize, alongside with Mr Dave, they were all so very helpful!! You can definitely tell that they value you not only as a customer, but as a friend and they truly take care of you! To the entire Harley-Davidson family, thank you very much!
