We entered the store to pick up my bike that I bought after attending the academy. The whole team made us feel like family from the beginning. We were originally Indian riders and this group helped to solidify the change over to Harley for me. Ryann took her time helping to get me in comfortable gear, Karina helped fit me in a killer bomber jacket even though it is a million degrees outside, and Lars made sure everything went a smooth as it could.
